Ashik,
Just set up a group alias (for fewer than 50 addresses), or a List (for
more than 50). There are no restrictions with either that say the
addresses have to be in your domain.
Both group alias and list administration are well-covered in the IMail
documentation. And you can set up both from the WebMail interface if
you're set up as a Host and List admin.
