Frank,
Are you sure the users are doing everything correctly? Attaching is a 2 step
process, Browse, then Attach and if not done, could mean no attachment (and
people often do not enter text in the message body, when sending
attachments!).
If you send them a message via Web MSG, with attachment, does that work? If
it works for you, then it should work for them (as long as their browser is
above V4.0, IE or NS).
