When I telnet to the SMTP service, the last 2 numbers, the next to the last
is the number of connections since last restart of the service (works on
POP3 and other IMail services). Here is the response:
220 X1 NT-ESMTP Server mail.associatedbag.com (IMail 6.00 15850-1)
If the Service were just restarted and you were the first connect, the
number would be '1-1'.
