The only way I can see to do this, is to have a user account, with a
'dot comma, forward [.,emailaddress]) and the forward address being
another alias, of the 'program' type, that sends a canned message to
one or more email addresses.
The 'program alias' could call imail1.exe to sent a simple text file
you create. This list gets one about every week or 2 using a
similiar method.
