First, type NETSTAT -A -N.  You will definitely see a line in the state LISTENING for 
port 25.  See if there is a line for port 80 and port 110.

If there are NOT lines for port 80 and 110, then IMail isn't working properly (is the 
service started?).  For some reason, it thinks it shouldn't be doing POP3 and web 
messaging, or possibly it can't start them.

If the port 80 and 110 lines ARE in there, then IMail is running fine, but it is being 
blocked somewhere else (such as at a firewall).  You can double-check this by trying 
to telnet to port 110 at localhost from the IMail machine.  If this works, then it 
sounds like a firewall issue.
