1. In the Imail control panel:queue, try to kick them out manually.  Then
look in the log file for error or status

Here is the result

08:01 12:17 SMTP-(00000138) requeuing d:\imail\spool\Q94c8120.SMP R0 T3
08:01 12:17 SMTP-(00000138) finished d:\imail\spool\Q94c8120.SMP status=3

2. Else, stop/start SMTP service.

Did it. No change

3. The DNS that Imail is using is working??

It seems yes. Is it possible that the DNS is working for some of the
adresses ?
