It depends on how you are administering it. I have mine set up so I can administer it
remotely, using the standard Admin tools that you get when you log on (if you are an
administrator), using SSL. That way it is quite secure. However, I don't have the
special admin port open in the firewall, as it would be a security hole if I connected
to it (since it doesn't have SSL, and basic web authentication is less actually secure
than a cleartext password!).
I have never used PCAnywhere, so I can't comment on the security of using it. A lot
of people here use it, so I'm sure there will be an answer.
