Ali,
Sounds like you do not have unique 'Top Directories' for each of the
Host Configurations. When you creted the domains, you entered the
'Official Host Name' and any 'Aliases', but if you left the Top
Directory at the default, that is where you made a small mistake. To
have unique users in each domain, the Top Dir must also be unique.
You can change the Top Dir at any time, but the problem will be that
the new dir will be empty and IMail will create new dirs as email
arrives or users login. You will need to move the old users folders
to the new location. Best if SMTP/POP3/IMAP4/Web services are
stopped when you do this, so mailboxes are not disturbed with new
mail or user access.
