Hi Len,
No it's still an open call with Ipswitch support, not wanting to open up the
support topic again but the support is as good as usual for me, they're
setting up a system to duplicate our setup and they have had reasonable
stabs at possible causes/solutions and work arounds.
Currently the work around is just to stop the service using the task
manager, not neat but we tend not to stop smtpd that often anyway, so the
problem is more of an background annoyance than actually critical. Having
said that it has meant delaying handing over the product to our dedicated
support team.
I'll keep you guys informed of solutions if we find them.
