Is there a way to modify the "automated response" subject line to show
up as a reply to the subject line sent to an address? We have an office
that has an account that needs to send out "personalized" responses to
people and the "automated response" just doesn't cut it. I know that you
can use the first line of an AutoResponse as a customized subject line,
but that doesn't really cut it either in that it looks as if it is
canned if there is no reference to at least the subject of the incoming
message. Also, for what they want to include in the body of the
response, having the first line of the message be the same as the
subject just doesn't work.
Any help anyone can offer will be most appreciated. Tech support came up
empty on this one.
