[IMail Forum] 6.04 update patch

I've run the 6.04 update patch several times, but the progress bar stays at
0% and it never finishes. I am currently at 6.03 on NT4.0. Does anyone know
what I can do to get it to work? Imail is installed on E:\IMAIL.
