Ryan,
IMail probably did not create this file (I've never heard of it creating
anything other than Q, D and log files). However, if it was an attachment to
a message, that was not delivered or returned, then it could be what is left
over. If , in the \spool dir, you have any D files that do not have matching
Q files, it could be related to one of them.
