[IMail Forum] Netscape messenger

Hi People,   I'm using imail server 6 as my mail server , but there is a strange problem appeared from 3 days , that is almost of my customers which use Netscape messenger as their mail software can receive mail but when they try to send it asks them for password , they sign it so it asks again and blah blah blah , the result they can't send anything. But those which use Outlook or webmail never find any problem!! , So can any one help me.   Waleeds Purenet Internetworking.
