There's a item in the Ipswitch KB that I think you can find if you search
for 'virues' or 'rules'. I don't have in on-hand.

Not that I know of from within IMail.

I intercept certain attachment types and send them to a mailbox called
virus. I went and looked and the rules.ima line for a .com file is:
B~filename=".*\pcom":virus
Unfortunately, I think this sends the email to the current user's virus
mailbox. Therefore, I put a virus.fwd file in every user's directory with an
entry of [EMAIL PROTECTED] That sends it to a user called virus. I pick up
the mail from virus and check it out before sending it on to the user. I
think the forwarding is also documented well in the KB. It's not the
prettiest thing but it does work. Surprising how many whassup.mov files are
floating around.
