No, perfectly normal. Users are 'logged in' to IMail already, so have rights
to send email. They are 'users' of IMail and connected via its IP address
(which is what you would normally have in the Relay 'Addresses' table).

True, let anyone sign up and someone will take advantage of that ability.
Getting a valid email address on your system, could allow them to send
messages to themselves (they know the address you just gave them!), with
BCCs to lots of other addresses, that IMail will deliver.
