Server-wide: add a trailer.txt file in your IMail root directory. Note:
only works with messages sent to recipients *outside* your server, and
doesn't work with HTML-formatted mail.

Domain-specific from Web Messaging: Very doable with a bit of tricky
JavaScript and additional hidden fields on 4 different templates. Works
on all messages sent via Web Messaging. Our upcoming v1.6 and the new v2
(KillerWebMail) will have this feature built-in.
