Tom,
I have never received that error when using the PRINT button on the web messaging
pages. Once the new window is opened with the message being displayed, everything
works fine.
The other option is to open the message and be sure that the web page does not end
in button.cgi. That is when it appears the problem occurs. It appears that when
printing when the page is the button.cgi, it can not find the correct information to
print the page. Not sure how else to attempt it?
