You're going to need to look at the Interscan software to see what to do.
Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of the SMTP-based virus scanners is that they are
a step ahead of IMail, and therefore they need to handle to relay control. <sigh>
One way to do it would be to have the virus scanner allow relaying for certain IP
ranges, and tell everyone else to connect to IMail at port 10025 using authentication.
Then, make sure that port 10025 is open in the firewall. Depending on Interscan's
abilities and the database you use, it might be possible to have Interscan handle the
anti-relaying, which would be the best option.

Hi all ...
We are running Trend Interscan and I want to know how to lock down our Imail
server to stop relaying. Interscan runs on port 25 and forwards all email to
port 10025 where IMail resides. The problem with using the 'accept.txt' file
is that you need to specifiy individual users who can relay, you cant just
put @xyz.com or @abc.com. Is there anyway around this? At present I have a
open relay :(
cheers
Phil
