The only really useful information in the header is the first Received: line
(technically, the last one, but it is the one on the top).
The SMTP server in the Received: header is listed in both ORBS and MAPS RSS. The ORBS
list lists anyone it finds with an open relay (which is probably about 1/2 of all mail
servers), so it isn't really too effective. The MAPS RSS list, though, only lists
SMTP servers that have been caught sending spam. So mail coming from a server on the
RSS list is very likely to be spam, and if it isn't spam, it's coming from an ISP that
doesn't care if spam goes through their system.
