We recently migrated an IMAIL server (upgraded to 6.04 first) from one web server to another machine dedicated as the mail server following the instructions found in the Ipswitch KnowledgeBase. We are having problems with the IMAIL program no letting new users sign up for web email accounts. After entering signup information, IMAIL is giving the new user an error that "the username is already being used" when the username is in fact is not being used. IMAIL is not on the initial web server anymore, and has been uninstalled. It is solely located on the new machine. Prior to uninstalling IMAIL from the initial machine, we noticed that a new user could signup but could not logon. The new user account would show up on the initial machine's IMAIL virtual host. Any thoughts on this problem?
