ok, that's the best option. you should also UNcheck "Disable SMTP
AUTH reporting"

This free MS product is typically not of the highest quality and is
not appropriate for professional e-mail usage. As an Imail admin,
you will probably spend a lot of time supporting the malfunctioning
of this MS free product, and MS will not compensate you.
I suggest you use full Outlook (I bet it's not free) or Eudora Pro
4.3.2 (also free, but an excellent product).

Can we see your Imail log where OE is trying to connect, this would
show us exactly what the failure is, well, maybe. we are only
interested in the "SMTPD" line having the same process id.
