I have the same gripe with telephone forwarding. Works well when you
want to forward your phone TO another, but can't be done when you wind
up at a client's desk and want to RETRIEVE your calls at the new number.
Administration issues are separate from operations procedures.

IMHO, you just answered your question.

Probably a mistake. Web messaging places a pretty big load on the
server, and it's probably a better idea to locate "regular" web pages on
a separate box. YMMV
