You can do this by just creating a regular web page on the server and have it's action 
and form set-up the same way the login.html is.  We do this for a couple of domains so 
they don't have to goto port 8383 to login.  Basically have the login page at 
something like http://www.domain.com/email then the form takes them to port 8383.
