SMTP is the Imail SMTP client trying to deliver to a mailbox that is
locked. Happens to everybody. Maybe a process has become orphaned or
hung. If you see an SMTP process that persists for many minutes,
suspect that it is bad and use the kill command from NT reskit to
kill it by pid number.
Or just reboot.
