Andrew
We did the upgrade yesterday.
The iadmin took 4 to 5' to complete ( move from 0% ), then did it in a snap.
later, the other process, did the same ( except a few like iLDAP and
others ).
And first we stopped *all* services.
After 14', job was done. Reboot and voil!

Asunto: [IMail Forum] Upgrade of Imail 6.0 to 6.4 problems
I am currently trying to upgrade my Imail Server to the new 6.4 version I
downloaded from the Ipswitch website. I burned it to cd and tried to run
the install from there. I received a message that there was not enough free
disk space to complete the installation. I then copied the upgrade file to
the hard drive of my server (almost 40GB of free space on that drive). I
then tried to execute the upgrade and the progress bar hung at 0% trying to
upgrade iadmin.exe. I then stopped all services and tried the install yet
it still hung at the same part (at the very beginning, doesn't get past 0%).
Figured it may have been the actual download itself so I downloaded it
directly from Ipswitch to the server and received the same result. I would
be extremely appreciative if anyone has any insight to the issue that they
could possibly share.
Besides this issue, Imail has been a wonderful solution for our company and
we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Thanks again for any help anybody may be able to provide.
Regards,
Andrew Stredler
