no, no quotas in Imail

Looking for a few honorable clients....
A enforecment script, similar to the mailbox limit PERL script, could
sweep each domain\users level every couple of hours and mail you a
report of domains that had too many directories the \domain level,
equivalent to number user accounts. To keep it simple, it wouldn't
actually enforce the limit, but just report violations to the Imail
admin who would have to enforce the limit with the virtual host
repsonsible person.
