I also have the problem with PCAnywhere you reference (I think most people
have that problem) and I use the MS Web Admin.  Works like a charm.  All I
have to do is log in to the Web Admin, then stop and restart the PCAnywhere
service to get it working again.  One warning though.  Sometimes PCAnywhere
crashes so hard it literally locks up the server so that I can't even log in
via that method and it forces me to call in to our NOC and have the perform
a hard boot.

This problem with PCAnywhere is very disturbing and also very troublesome!
