For a quick fix, rename Doc Watson... he is useless most of the time anyway.

Running NT 4.0 with SP6a and I-mail 6.03.
At least once a day the Imail monitor service causes a Dr. Watson Error
which disables administrative web access. To resolve we have been closing
the Dr. Watson Error and restarting the service. Occasionally but not as
often the Imail web service does the same thing. Has anyone encountered
this problem before?
We have already purchased the upgrade to 6.04 which I am thinking of
installing to fix this problem but the problem was occurring before our
upgrade to 6.03 so I am hesitant that this will solve the problem.
