We have two issues with IMail 6.0 we're working on. Pardon my inexperience
here
since I'm a Unix guy. The basic services seem to work well, and we selected
IMail
because of the ODBC-compliant authentication and session ability. Currently
we're
using an Access database, via a system DSN. Everything seems to be working
great,
but web access has a few problems.

When we attempt to modify or add a new virtual host, we get the message
"Host being modified by someone.Try after some time.". This occurs after the
first
time of accessing the host. From what i've been told, this is an access lock
problem.
I've verified that the DSN is not setup to use exclusive access, and all
functionality
works great under the console administrator.

The second issue, which is probably not IMail-specific, is that since
we've migrated
from Exchange 5.5 to IMail, we've setup the LDAP feature to maintain address
book
info. This works well under NT4 and OL2000, or OLE5, but under Win2k and
OL2000 and
OLE5, they will die with a invalid pointer refrence. I believe they share a
common code
segment for this functionality, so it would no be suprising, but the LDAP
functionality
works just fine in NT4.

  Any ideas?
