if you don't have grep for win32 to count up your robots.txt lines in
Imail www logs, try the above Unix pkg's grep, or look around for a better
one.

Getting a swarm of these b@st@rds could certainly DoS iwebmsg.

I guess it would mainly apply to Iwebmsg on :80, since how would
these bots find http :8181 or :8383, unless these were malicious attacks?!?

Maybe some script kiddies is scanning an ip address all ports and the
spidering any http service?
