Hello All:
This morning our Web Messaging Service terminated
unexpectedly. The service
was restarted.
One of our client's called stating that last night
they had 80+ messages in their
"Main" mailbox and after the service was restarted
ALL messages are gone.
We are just trying to determine if this was caused
by the service termination (which seems absolutely impossible) or someother
reason, and what we can
do so that this doesn't happen again.
