Sorry if this is a little simple, but have you tried hitting F5 (refresh) in
OE to see if it updates its headers? What are the folder's IMAP download
options (is it d/l just headers, headers and body)?
re: the web interface, you are able to get into the folder by editing the
URL you hit. For example,
mail.yourdomain.com/xcjhsessionvars/readmail.12345.cgi?uid=yourusername&mbx=
Sent%20Items
The only part you need to edit is the bit after '&mbx='. By putting
'Sent%20Items' in there, it'll load the folder up fine.
cheers,
Nick

Subject: [IMail Forum] Folder problem
We are running 6.03. I have a customer with their usual "Sent Items" folder
which can no longer be accessed using IMAP in Outlook Express from any PC.
Basically, OE just reports no messages in the folder. We have created the
account on several OE PC's, and they all report no messages in the folder.
Set the same account up as IMAP through Outlook 2000, and all 250+ messages
are all there. No problem accessing them.
OE reports no error. I have deleted the uid file, which didn't do anything.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
BTW- in the web interface, it sees the folder and the message count is
there, but we can't actually go into the folder since it suffers from the
web interface bug in IMAIL that prevents you from opening a folder with a
space in the name. But I suspect that if there was no space, it would open
just fine.
