Get an error in the Logs as follows "Stack connect > Fail". Hotmail tends to fail a lot. Do messages *ever* get there? If so, it's probably a problem on their end (@yahoo.com does this a lot, too). If the mail is *never* getting there, it's because of this: X-RBL-WARNING: (relays.orbs.org) C&W Optus (australia). Continued spam webfarm havening. No response to complaints about these sites. That whole Class B (198.142.xxx.xxx) is blocked by ORBS. Not in their controversial "You've-got-an-open-relay-but-are't-a-spammer" database, but they have a separate "Spam Haven" database (see the last listing at http://www.orbs.org/hallofshame.html). It's possible that Hotmail is using this database (they use RBL, although I'm sure they wouldn't use the generic ORBS database to block mail).
