[IMail Forum] Download problems

I have email account on Imail5 and use Outlook Express for downloading the messages. I often find that OE is erratic in downloading the Imail messages and returns no new message report although new messages are seen in the box. I do not face such a problem for downloading messages from other servers. Quite curiously, some messages are downloaded while others are not! Can somebody suggest a way out please. Ganesh
