Ryan,
No, there is not a way for IMail to change that for every user. However,
that information is stored in the registry (or external DB, depending on
what you are using) in the TYPE field. 0=10, 1=20, 2=50, 3=100. To change
only this value, you would have to logically OR (I think, been a while since
I did these this type of mods!) the setting you want, with the existing
value and write that to the type field.
