Frontpage sending form results via email has nothing to do with the mail server, as
the Frontpage extensions on the web server actually send the email. It's not exactly a
cgi process, or so I'm led to believe, but that argument is left to my betters...
You need the Frontpage extensions installed on the server. And, depending on your
server, there may be additional procedures necessary to activate the forms-to-email
capability of the Frontpage extensions. The place to look for the procedures is
Microsoft, they're in the knowledgebase. One such reference is:
