a) Is "arizona" the SMTP Server that you specified in your server
extensions, or is "arizona" the email address that your form is trying to
send to?
b) "http://localhost" sounds WRONG. Since we are doing SMTP it should NOT
have a URL style address (e.g., the "http://" prefix does not apply).
It would help if you posted the following information:
1. Configuration setting of the Server Extension for SMTP (in FrontPage
2000, that's done with the MMC per each site!)
2. Content of the EMAIL tab of your FrontPage form that you are trying to
send (or point me to the URL where I can see it).
