There is one of his E-mails that is causing this problem. Does he have the
"preview pane" enabled? If so, try disabling it (the time I encountered
this, you could see the list of E-mails when the preview pane was disabled,
so you could determine which E-mail caused the problem).
The other thing to do is check the spool directory, and look for a .TMP file
in there from around the same time as the crash (you'll likely see one in
there for each time it crashed). Take a look at 'em; they may well be HTML
files that end right before the problem E-mail.
Once you find the problem E-mail, you can send that E-mail to Ipswitch (if
you can, delete all the other E-mails, leaving that one message in the
mailbox, and send the mailbox file itself; that way, all headers and such
will be perfectly intact).
