Oh well one could:

Lease it to him for 100 years

Give him power of attorney over your rights in it

Sell your corp to him

Call Ipswith & tell them you are legally changing your company name (to
his). Sell him your "new corp" with Imail. Then continue on with your old
corp.

Also read somewhere that blocking the transfer of rights in softare was
uninforcible in some jurisdictions. Might want to check that out as well.

Though really seems like a whole ot of who ha over an inexpensive piece of
software :)
