This is a topic that has been covered ad naseum in the past. You can look
through the archives to read the posts regarding this subject, but there are
a whole slew of capabilities that IMail Listserv doesn't have that are
essential to a real listhost. I won;t bother to go in to them again, but I
have posted a wish list at several points in the past.
I've worked with Ipswitch to improve the listserv, and at some point in the
future they may release an updated version (with the improvements we've been
looking for), but at this point, and serious listhost would not use IMail
Listserv to host their service. It's simply too "administration light" to
run a large service very well.
