I want to know how can I do to subscrive myself to DUL database at
Mail-Abuse.org.
I also want to know how can I get an IMgate.

Both of these ip's are Dial-Up Lines, listed in DUL database at
Mail-Abuse.org.
If you had IMGate and subscribed to DUL, you would have not been spammed.
