This happens at our site a few times a day with different user and different clients 
(OL98 / OL2000).

It means "Connection reset by peer", that Outlook has aborted the connection due to 
some timeouts. We have a 2 Mb leased line to the internet, and if that line is busy 
the timeouts occur. If the size of the mailbox is bigger, it is more likely that this 
happens.
