Luis,
Try this:
In IMail Administrator, locate the domain and user who has this problem and
on the General tab, find the 'IMail System Admininstrator' checkbox (bottom
right of screen). If that is now checked, uncheck and Apply the change. Now,
check the box, hit Apply again. Test by using a new login to Web MSG and try
these operations again.
There is a FndAdm utility on the web site, that can locate all the admins in
IMail, so you can apply this workaround to these other users, if needed.

I have updated the web service with the update available in IPSwitch page,
but when i switch off the server and began to work, i saw that something
option was giving me a error, Users Administration,alias Admin, Spool
Directory,.. with this error:
Error in tag execution.
I need to repair this functions, can anything help me?
