With the variety of people we have in our area this could be an asset.  I'd
suggest leaving the DB open so that users could add or remove languages as
needed.  I might also suggest that if this is implemented that Ipswitch keep
a master with all of the known languages users have added.  That way if one
of their customers perceives a need to add say Tagalog or Bantu to their
language base it would be just a simple process of adding it to the Db.
This would also guaranty proper translation for organizations that may not
have a native speaker available to do it for them.
