So in other words I can just make virtual hosts without IPs and forward all their mail
to the other domain. I just didn't know if there was a way to point all the mail from
domain1, domain2, to domain without actually creating the individual hosts.

yes, in Imail, and in DNS, both MX and A records, for the mailhost
and the mailhost alias(es)

Where else would the domain's mail be delivered ?
In Imail, Imail has to be told what mail domains and mail domain
aliase to accept mail for
And in DNS you have to have A and MX record for every mail host and
mail host alias so sending mail servers can validate your mail hosts'
presence in DNS and know to which ip to send a domain's mail.
Alternatively, read the imail6 .pdf for "mail host aliases" behind
one default host, as an alternative to having a separate virtual mail
host for every domain.com.

Apples MacIntosh? yes, Imail servers are RFC compatible and work
with RFC compatible clients. There's nothing Applish or proprietary
about Mac doing Internet mail. You may have some pb's with Mac
browser and Imail web messaging.
