Private Reply:
1. Take any good HTML Editor....FrontPage if you have it is good.
2. Write/include whatever you want to show up.
3. Copy the HTML from the editor to your clipboard.
4. Open the frame in HTML Mode.
5. Paste your changes into it and save the frame.
That should do it.
