We all use the same email program (Outlook 98) and access our lists the same
way. I also have no restrictions as to who can post to our lists.
When some people post a message to any of our lists the reply email address
looks like this:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] on behalf of Melissa Danner
[[EMAIL PROTECTED]]
Which is fine because if a receiver of the email hits reply, the reply
message is sent back to the "on behalf of" person.
BUT sometimes - I can't figure out why - this comes accross as the reply
address:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Which makes the reply go to the owner of the list and not the original
sender. Before you open the message, it says who sent the email to you in
the "From" section of the email listing in the "Inbox". But when you open
the email message, all you see is what I've shown above.
Does anyone know why this would be happening?
