Yes, this works for me. It is a lot of extra work, but i can edit the information like 
i want. You have to make sure that nobody does an "init LDAP database", because 
afterwards all your changes are gone. Although you have to make an "optimize LDAP" to 
get the changed info from the person.dta file into the LDAP server database files.
