I have several questions.   These are in regards to email.   1. is anyone using an antivirus to scan incoming and outgoing mail.   2. Has anyone set up a basic set of rules to limit spam.   3. Is there a way to append a message to all outgoing emails?   This is in regards to the lists.   1. is it possible to have the lists go out in an HTMl format. IE to frame the text with a webpage? 2. When using the text format I have set up a header.txt and a footer.txt and they appear in I-Mail and not on outlook. I read on your page that a user would need to set his out look to ascii instead of html. Is there a work around that would allow outlook to see these? 3. I found in your help how to have a subscribe alias by using a flag in the alias programs. I.e. Create an alias something like imailsrv -add pcpunks.com group Is there a way to do the same thing for the help What all commands will the imailsrv recognize? I have figured out -add -delete are there others 4. Most lists sites require users to respond to an email before they are actually subscribed. Is this feature available in the program or are there any suggestions on how to implement this?   5. Does anyone know were I can come up with the scripts used in the forms at http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html . I have a number of lists I would like to be able to set with an easy to use form like this.   Any help would be appreciated.
