I had this problem as well and ended up having to reinstall to get
rid of it altogher.
Check your paths. I think the ipswitch frames show up because it
cannot find your custom versions. Find the web directory for your
default server and see whats in their for ads, trailers etc. Also
check to make sure that there is a web subdirectory in your
virtual host directory. For example if you add a virtual host and
its directory is domain1.com, you need a web subdirectory in there
and imail sometimes does not create it.
If i were you I would call ipswith customer support and ask for a
temp id/pw to download the entire full install version of 6.05
that was released yesterday and start fresh with that.
